Who we are

Conviction, expertise, and the long view.

Green Street Holdings is a holding company built around a simple belief: that exceptional businesses can transform their communities.

Our mission

We partner with small and mid-sized businesses across Latin America — equipping them with capital, expertise, and resources to achieve transformative growth, and to build enduring, collaborative success.

We stay close to the businesses we back, respect the communities they serve, and understand the region's particular opportunities and constraints.

It's an approach grounded in partnership rather than extraction; in building rather than flipping.

What guides us

The principles behind every partnership

01

Partnership over control

We succeed when founders succeed. We structure every relationship around shared incentives and mutual respect.

02

Long-term thinking

We measure success in decades. Long-horizon capital lets businesses make the right decisions, not just the urgent ones.

03

Responsible by design

Impact and returns are not in tension. We back businesses that create value for shareholders, communities, and the environment alike.

04

Operating, not observing

We roll up our sleeves. Our experience in strategy, data, and capital formation is applied directly alongside management.

05

Regional fluency

We understand Latin America from the inside — its markets, its people, and the realities of building a business here.

06

Honest counsel

We tell founders what we believe, not what's easy to hear. Trust is the foundation of every lasting partnership.
